If your home on the fence about ordering u-verse it’s time to think about competition … unless you appreciate below average service plus never ending on hold times just to talk with a person on the telephone.

I’ve heard lots of happy att television experiences and I’m providing an alternative. I am actually amazed at how many folks who were giving positive reviews. I’m heated because I was just on hold forever to speak with a human being because the first bill I ever received was a negative alert and a bill of $315.

After bouncing to several imbecils, I was finally passed to a person who said he could make a change on the what was due. After 17 minutes on hold, I was charged that the original person I conversed with could only make an adjustment. So, that was pretty much an hour long call that changed absolutely nothing since the other office closed up while I was waiting.

On top of that delightful , I’ve had a technician come to my condo multiple times for the shotty signal. Nothing has changed. The only reasonI selected them is because the station variety has potential and it is below the other competitors. But without a doubt, I wouldn’t recommend att uverse to my worst enemy.
